Our Story

Changing lives through inclusion and care

Billy's Legacy Foundation began in 2007 to bless and empower youth facing adversity. We are dedicated to supporting those facing hardship, including individuals who are neurodiverse or have disabilities.

Every year we grow, embracing new opportunities to walk alongside those who need it most. From horseback rides to swimming pools to Sunday mornings, we meet people where they are.

What We Do

Programs built around

From horseback to the pool to Sunday morning, we meet people where they are.

Equine Therapy

Working with horses builds confidence, communication, and emotional growth for individuals with disabilities, autism, and anxiety in a way few other experiences can.

Adaptive Swim

Water levels the playing field. Our adaptive swim program gives individuals with physical and developmental disabilities the joy of swimming in a safe, supportive environment.

Respite Care

Caring for a family member with a disability is a labor of deep love. Our respite program gives caregivers a much needed break while their loved ones are in caring hands.

Inclusive Ministry

Faith should be accessible to everyone. We create worship and community experiences where people of all abilities are welcomed, valued, and given the chance to belong.

Community Service

From Appalachia home repairs to Guatemala health clinics, we connect youth with hands-on service that opens their eyes and builds a lifelong heart for others.
