Event Information

• Date of Event – Friday, July 15th, 2016
• Registration – 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
• Golf – Shotgun Start – Scramble Format – 1:00 pm
• Dinner Registration – 4:30 pm
• Dinner  – 6:00 pm
• All Day Raffle & Silent Auction

• Our theme for this year’s outing is ‘Through the Years’

• $150 – GOLF & DINNER ($175 after July 5, 2016)
  • Includes: lunch, gift bag, golf & dinner

• $35 – DINNER ONLY ($40 after July 5, 2016)

Sponsorship Opportunities

Our was “Through the Years”.  Sponsorship names are of themes of past years.

* Each sponsor had the opportunity to reach all golfers by forwarding their own logo/marketing items as a gift for attending, if they chose to do so.

• $2,500 – Grand Slam
  Four (4) players (golf & dinner), 25 raffle tickets per person, custom golf balls, tee flag, featured name & company logo on website, banner, social media, & name on all printed materials *4 players may be donated in the event you cannot attend

• $1,500 – Round Trip (T-Shirt Sponsor)
  Name and/or company logo on t-shirts, tee flag, social media, print material & website recognition

• $1,200 – Jack Pot
  4 (4) players (golf & dinner), tee flag, banner, social media, print material & website recognition

• $750 – Santa’s Helpers
  Two (2) players (golf & dinner), 2 additional dinners only, golf balls, banner, social media, print material & website recognition

• 

  Cheers – Tee Flag- 16″x20″ frame embroidered with the sponsor’s name – photo of previous year’s tee flags

  $500 – Pot of Gold *limited amount available*

  Reserved table for 10 at dinner, with raffle tickets (10 pp), table sponsored by you(r) company, social media, print material & website recognition. (10 tickets & raffle tickets will be mailed, for you to distribute).
